What happens next?You will be sent relevant survey invitations to your email address. Clicking on a link in the invitation email will take you directly to the survey. How often will I be invited to take part in online surveys?It all depends on your profile and the types of products and services that our clients have. You should try and complete all of your profile as soon as possible and make sure that it is always up to date so that we are able to send the surveys that are most relevant to you. How long will a survey take me?A survey lasts on average 5 to 15 minutes. We try to ensure that all surveys are as short, simple and relevant as possible. Will you try to sell me something?No, the information you share with us is purely for market research purposes. Under no circumstances will these surveys make you use or recommend a product or service, nor will we attempt to promote a product or service through a survey. How long do I have to answer?Usually you have 2 - 3 days to answer the survey. The email invitation to the survey will let you know the closing date of the survey. What incentives are available?You will be entered into our monthly prize draw and occasionally an additional prize draw (specified by our clients) for certain types of surveys. The prizes are vouchers for your choice of Amazon, Asos, Naked Wines, iTunes or Lastminute.com. I've forgotten my password, what do I do?If you have forgotten your password, click on 'forgot password' below the login area and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with your password. How do I change my password and my email address?To change your password and email address you should login, then click on 'Registration/ Profile Information' in your personal area. Enter your new password and then confirm it. For your email address, enter your new address and click on 'Confirm Changes'. How can I change my personal information?To change your personal information you must login and go to your personal area. You will then have access to all your data, which you can modify at any time. Remember to click ‘Confirm changes' after modifying your details. How do I leave the we are:insight community?To terminate your account, login to your personal area and click on 'Cancel Membership'. Your account will be unsubscribed if you click on this button. Please note that it can sometimes take a few days for this to be processed. In accordance with the data protection legislation and the Code of the Market Research Society all your personal data will be deleted. Will I get spam as a result of signing up to we are:insight?No. The panel has been created purely for market research purposes and your personal data will not be shared with or sold to third parties. Your contact details will only be used by us to contact you for we are:insight research. How can I get more involved?From time-to-time we also invite our members to take part in paid research opportunities in the form of focus groups, telephone interviews and one-to-one usability sessions. The incentives for these sessions typically range from £25-50, with specialist work paying up to £100. | |
